Coiled Suction Catheter

Suction Catheter with Elephant Foot Tip is mainly used for respiratory tract nursing. Aspiration of sputum is the use of negative pressure, through the mouth, nasal cavity, and artificial airway will be respiratory secretions or aspiration of vomit inhalation, in order to keep the airway patency of a method. Flanged tips are optional and are intended to prevent tissue grab by drawing air over the flange and into the side eyes to create a cushion of air to prevent the tip from contacting the walls of the airway. The flange is slightly larger than the shaft of the catheter, therefore the effective carrier size is increased at this location.
